In our first few sessions, we will get to know each other and explore how you would like your healing to look. This is your process and I’m here to walk with you.

Therapy is your space to be a messy, beautifully imperfect human and I am here to receive you in whatever state you are in. Many of my clients begin therapy feeling incredibly lonely, misunderstood, and disconnected. Through our work together, they often find ways to reconnect what what matters the most. It is possible to feel joy again.

I integrate EMDR, parts work, Polyvagal Theory, somatic work, mindfulness, and self-compassion to support deep healing. We are able to tailor interventions to fit your unique needs. I am passionate about empowering clients to make intentional and intuitive choices to live, thrive, and grow!

What is EMDR?

Think of your brain like a filing cabinet for memories. After you’ve experienced something traumatic, these traumatic memories can get jammed in the ‘urgent’ drawer and keep popping open.

EMDR is a structured, evidence-based process that helps your brain re-file those memories so they’re still there—but they stop interrupting your day.

With gentle eye movements or tapping, we invite the memory to move to its proper shelf. Most people notice they can breathe a little easier and respond, rather than react, after a handful of sessions—always at a pace you choose.

Courage starts with showing up & letting ourselves be seen.
